As weird as it may sound, but it’s highly possible that Microsoft will release it’s very own personal assistant for other mobile platforms as well. And soon Siri and Google Now might have to compete with Cortana. Microsoft already integrated Cortana in Windows 10, and they are expecting Cortana to be globally available by early 2015. So it’s highly possible that they might release Cortana for iOS and Android after the final release of Windows 10.
It would be a standalone app, available in the Google Play and Apple App store. However, it will work just like it does on Windows Phone. Despite being in BETA, Cortana is already out-performs Siri and Google Now in a few things and it will interesting to see that how many people will use Cortana on their Android or iPhone devices.
